POM

Virgin POM (Polyoxymethylene), also known as acetal, polyacetal, and polyformaldehyde, is an engineering plastic used in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. As a hard resin that is resistant to solvents and fuels, POM is used to make gears, bearings, window sliders, zippers, lighters, seat belt buckles, and furniture components.
